Frequently Asked Questions

When can I expect to see results?
Typically, you'll see significant results in 12 to 16 weeks. In 12 weeks, we've had Kris lose 25 pounds, and had Anthony add 30 pounds to his incline bench press. But ultimately, this will depend on your effort, consistency, ability to communicate and genetics.
How often do I have to workout?
We'll tailor your program to your lifestyle and what you need to progress. We have people training 2-3 times per week, and others training 5-6 times per week. During the initial consultation, we'll figure out what works best for you.
Can you work around injuries?
In most cases, yes. We have lifters who can't perform specific exercises due to injuries. Through communication, we design their weight training program based on what they can currently do while monitoring their injuries.
Do you coach women as well?
Yes. If you lift weights and are serious about losing fat and building muscle, you're more than welcome to join!
Do I need access to weights?
Yes. Resistance training is an integral part of our training system. You'll need access to a barbells, dumbbells and other basic training equipment.
Can you work with dietary preferences?
As long as you can eat protein, you're good to go! No, but seriously, we've worked with vegetarians, vegans and others who have dietary restrictions or personal preferences.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes. If, for any reason, you would like to end your subscription, notify us know before your next billing date, and it will be cancelled.
How are progress check-ins done?
Progress check-ins are done through video conference calls, recorded voice notes, or a written email.
